Akhi, you mentioned that lowering your gaze is one one tip but for me it is so hard akhi. It is because of the college I go to. Akhi, if you were to go to there you would see 50 half naked girls walking around. Wallahi it is very hard to lower my gaze because it is literally everywhere and the urges get the better of me. And even if I control my urges, as you mentioned because it is everywhere I accidentally look and this causes urges and desires. Akhi I need help with this issue of mine as there is no solution for it unless I quit college.

It is a cure and it needs to be, you just need to fight it every day, don't give in to your desires. Secondly FAST... fasting HELPS you to gain strength over your desires and it will make it easier for youth lower your gaze inshaa'Allah... not one fast here or there, but rather i mean a constant fasting. Also reciting the Qur'an at the same time will make it even easier to control your desires because it is a cure for the heart. And of course the du'a that i mentioned for you ... calling out to Allah and asking Him SWT! ... Please akhee start with preserving when it comes to Allah FOUR inshaa'Allah
