Politicians and bureaucrats must not play double standards nor have ulterior motives especially ministers from central government who have the responsibility of common man but that's not happening, they blame situation for being corrupt or the cultural gap since India is a vast country. If Mr. Obama can become President of USA then anything can happen but in India crooked and inferior minds are playing the spoil sport especially the so-called scholars and intellectuals & politicians and bureaucrats from a particular state from down south or it's origins.
