Thanks for playing the mod! We'll look into the issues particularly with the peace deals, which seem to still be a bit messed up since the update. There's a big mod update in the works which should add much improved content to many countries like the US, UK and China. A lot of our small team is quite busy and the update is pretty ambitious so it's taking a while, but hopefully you all enjoy it when it comes

It means leader.Dux was a way to say commander in latin, and it is the word that originated the italian Duca (Duke in italian), Doge (the ruler of venice) and Duce (the title Mussolini gave himself). It's the italian version of Fhurer, with basically the same meaning. (Fist in italian is Pugno).

There's an event chain for Egypt. At the end they can choose either to be a Republic or retain the monarchy under a) british or b) italian influence. If they choose Italy, you can puppet them.

in order to get egypt and by that extent yemen as puppets the egyptian ai has to choose the "ask the Italians for help" option during the egyptian revolution event chain and ive only seen the ai do it two times once the ai asks Italy for help they can either puppet egypt peacefully or a civil war will break out between Italian backed monarchists and british backed republicans oh and britain can deny italy access to the Suez which can lead to a war between the two
