Dear Lady ! Thank you for your video 🤗 I have a little tip for you: When you close the binding, instead of using the ruler to measure 2 inches over, use the little piece you just cut off. Open it up and lay it on the top of the sewn binding to give you the right measurement for the overlapping. You don’t need to remember the size of the binding for a specific project, you already have it on that piece you cut off. 👍

Sorry, Sharon but for the sake of time, I didn’t show it. I do show it in a lot of my videos but if they are 30 minutes or more I have to cut a few details. I did the quilting right before I rounded the corners and then put the binding on. People loose interest if your videos are too long. Thank you for watching

@@sharongardner9044 I personally don’t like a beautiful appliqué to be covered with quilting. The blanket stitch should stand alone. That is just my personal preference.
