Adam, congrats, a year late. Awesome explanation of the why for the choices you made…. Really, you ran a technically brilliant race…. Great luck in KY! One question: how much t8me do you spend in pre ride/ ciyrse recon?

Usually two sessions of 15-20 minutes on the course. It depends on the warm up windows. But almost all of my warm up is done on the course, and almost none of it on the trainer. In this case, I also raced the non-champ race on Tuesday, which helped me learn a lot of the lines, though the conditions were different.
