To be aware I would need to have changed my opinion, that has not happened, but no doubt the Chinese communist party would like me to modify my view of their deplorable behaviour. Recently we had an examp,e of this behaviour in the UK, when a demonstrator outside the Chinese consulate was dragged inside and beaten up. If the chinese government thinks such assault are acceptable in a western country, such as the UK, then what sort of behaviour is allowed in China. There is no doubt that China has an evil, corrupt, dictorial, self serving government, like that of Russia, who is willing to use military force to invade its neighbours, to steal their resources.

You would be hard pressed to associate him with any war philosophy, and that leaves you with a problem, as it is in complete contrast to the philosophy of the Chinese government. It has become popular for dictators to accuse those who oppose them of their own bad behaviour.

Why is it the obligation of the western countries only to accept refugees and migrants? Is there any universal law that forbids Korea and Japan to not take any refugees? On the contrary these countries are most conservative and narrow minded in this field. So you can’t go around blatantly accusing Europeans of not being accepting of foreign culture and especially muslim community whose fundamental values is so against the western culture. They have internal conflict, they end up being refugees, they are accepted wholeheartedly by western country and in the end they expect their muslim values to be respected by others. I mean can’t you see an ungrateful hypocrisy in that?

The Dali Lama is so beautiful to listen to. I was blessed enough to see him at the university of Portland a few years back. There was soooo much ❤️ it was truly amazing to be a part of the immense love and compassion that hundreds were feeling that day. The Dali Lama was so funny he had all of us laughing with him. I love his sense of humor, I love him and I love you too.

just a note: when the Dalai Lama refers to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition coming from Nalanda Buddhist tradition he is referring to Nalanda University which was in India not Tibet (the archaeological ruins are just north of Bodhgaya). The Cultural Revolution was responsible for the destruction of many ancient Buddhist monuments and temples - but Nalanda, being in India, was not one of them.
