That was sick, I'll definitely be checking out more of this band. Probably one of the more *interesting* songs I've heard in a while! I feel like it went in so many different directions but that it flowed really well, and that it was all wrapped up quite nicely with that outro which I personally really liked. I thought it was fun and it reminded me of Beats Antique with that kind of world fusion groove. Totally dig it.

Stoked to see these guys here, definitely one of the most unique bands in the scene. Savages was one of my top albums of 2018 and based on these singles, their next one is gonna be fantastic as well. They pull off these unconventional song structures and the blending of genres like no others imo.

There are a lot of good songs that came out recently, but this one is track of the week for me. I'd heard a couple of songs by TDTC a few years ago, but never really dived in nor revisited since then. I remember them being a bit quirky with nice riffs - did not expect to be smacked around like this 😂 French core scene is KILLING it right now. Not really sure where to start, so I guess we go from the beginning. That intro riff is gonna be top 10 of the year for me, definitely picking up on your Kadinja comparison. It has such a cool flavour with those small bends and quick vibratos. Guitar definitely was a highlight of the track to me throughout all the difference sections. I loved the vocal diversity throughout the song. From those really tight mids at the start, to the deathcore lows, to the weird goblin spellcasting, to Ryo's feature, to that weird fuckin' outro it really brings you places. The transitions are all pretty seamless and keep the whole track interesting. I also found the lyricism really interesting, something about the theme really just stood out to me as unique. I remembered TDTC being a bit weird, so I was a bit confused that the song seemed to be fairly straightforward. Then the outro 😂 Completely threw me off, but after a few listens I genuinely love it. It does not fit with the song at all, but it works somehow. You beat me to the ten56 comparison, it's very reminiscent of the outro to Boy, although less worked into the rest of the song. Anyway, surprising track of the week for me, apparently January has even more stuff to look forward to now!!
