I fell into a situation like this and it ended in 5 months after I began to see another side of her. She wanted to spend time at my home with her two children while I was at work. I said no because in my mind that was a red flag to me

My dad took on this role to my mom. She already had 2 kids from 2 different men (back in 1950s). Ovr time it was a disaster. My Older brother and sister resented my mother and disrespected my dad and my brothers and sisters were upset at the older brother and sister for the fights and turmoil they caused arguing with both parents. My dad paid the price with his health by escaping into drugs and alcohol died of a heart attack. at age 62

I'm a childless black man. I've never had any inclination of wanting children or a family. I just know how bad the parental situation is these days and I don't want any part of it. I've never gotten any woman I've been with pregnant and I don't intend on getting any woman pregnant whatsoever. With the deceitfulness that many women practice, again I don't want any part of parenthood. But I admit that I almost got involved with a single mother. This was a few years ago. We talked for a couple of weeks and we kissed too. But I stopped talking to her because I needed to remain true to myself and I also knew that she wasn't the kind of woman that I really wanted. I was recently talking to a child free woman, but she already presented red flags that I didn't like. She told me that she wanted to have one child, but she didn't want to be married. I eventually stopped talking to her. She was the obvious woman I wanted because she was child free, but she ended up not being the kind of woman I wanted. I don't want to have kids with any woman period. I won't let a woman use kids against me and I won't allow her to extort money from me using the biased court system that's against men and fathers. I opted out of wanting to be a father years ago and I'm happy with that decision. Women seem to want to control men through their children. She won't have any kind of control over me by any means especially that. Baby mamas are bitter and I don't need their negativity. And I won't raise their bastard children either. I refuse to be a step dad. I have better things to do with my life. I'm working on me and towards my purpose. Children are not on my radar. I don't have the strength or patience to be a father. I like being a child free man. I like having my money and time to myself. That may sound a bit selfish which I've been accused of much of my life since I rebuked parenthood. Many people, even family members, said that I need to have kids. I don't need them. I don't like kids whatsoever. I don't want them around me. I don't have any kind of fondness for them. They annoy me to oblivion. Many women have rejected me because of my stance on children. Many were child free who wanted kids and others were infact single mothers. But I won't compromise my standards. I know I don't want kids. I know that I don't have what it takes to be a father. I know that I want a child free woman who doesn't want kids or can't have kids. If that means that I continue being single for a bit longer, so be it. As stated before, I won't compromise my standards. My motto is "no single mothers." Now and always.

I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American. Male. In 2012, I was married to a very pretty girl, who is Black/Cherokee/White. I was 39 and she was 22 at the time. We had our daughter in 2013. She is a wonderful woman, who I wish the best for. There was never anything bad that happened between us. Rather, it became a "relationship of crickets." Our age difference is definitely a huge factor. We wanted to try to make it work, for the sake of our daughter. When we first met, we had a consensual fling, because I found her hot, and she thought I was handsome (even though I'm 50 in 2023, I can pass for 37-38, because I still have black hair, and still HAVE hair). Yes, I was ok for a then-39 year old man. The split was amicable, and it was agreed that my ex-wife have majority custody of our daughter (who looks like a young Mariah Carey or young Vanessa Veracruz). Before the pandemic, I started sending photos of my daughter to modeling agencies. Now, during the pandemic, she and I saw each other less, and now we've lost contact with each other. My mother has taken my daughter to Japan with her, before the pandemic, and there is talk about doing that again. So anyway, I have a Black ex-wife, who is a single mother of a with a 10-year old Black daughter (in 2023). Seriously, I apologize in advance, for any Black man who I've unintentionally set up for a challenging relationship. What is the take of other people here, especially African-Americans (male and female alike), about my and my ex-wife's, and our daughter's situation?

What if she never ever talks about the child father? I’ve tried to ease into those conversations but she seems to elaborate on them in the most simplest terms within providing depth… I even asked who decided to left any past relationships and she said it was mutual on both ends, she said this with more detail of course but you get the point….. the reason I never really tripped over it is before I’m not trying to take this anyway… when I think a future with her all I can do is smh, because I know and she knows deep down that I wouldn’t choose her…. She beautiful and much older with a 12 year old kid…. I just can’t see myself committed to a situation as such…
