The Dangers Of AI Mimicking People

Hope you enjoy this look into 2 prominent forms of AI before the LLM model takeover. Both these forms were very disruptive and I believe dangerous considering the amount they were trying to replace humans and the human connection. I am glad we have moved away from AI becoming more human-like, and focused on making it a useful tool instead.

KZbin is using AI to remove videos and its super inaccurate :D and then the appeal is handled by AI as well.

Yeah, so much of our lives are being stealthly replaced by AI monitoring and connection that it feels really hard to actually get in contact with real people in a lot of companies.

@@MacEbes my friend had to appeal the video that was removed, and the response had no explanation, just pasted by AI :( its sad to see such a huge company does injustice to you for the sake of using buggy AI :D

Facebook and instagram are the same way, my facebook account got taken over by some indian ad agency and I couldnt contact anyone, just had to trust sending my ID or passport to a random site to verify my info, no confirmation or anything. It ended up working, but only after doing it multiple times since the AI couldnt scan the ID correctly.
