The Dangers of the Brackeen Vs. Holland Case

I just listened to the video from the Brackeen family saying it was their "calling from God". ICWA was enacted to give Indian People back and preserve what was left of near loss, all that has been taken for decades including, their calling to "Creator" and honoring him in the way tribal traditions, cultures, values and ancestors need to be honored. There is only 9.5 million Indians on the last census and it's up to those remaining to keep languages, ceremonies, dances, traditions, family lines alive. Creator who is equivalent to their version of God. It is the calling of "Creator" to the tribes to keep and care for their own, something the US Government denied ALL Indians since, they EUs first arrived.

With the bones of Native kids being moved back to tribes and families it is stunning they would be bolder in their terrorizing of native peoples. I hope this case attracts the attention of the Democratic party running in 22 and the call is made tn them to promise they will undo any damage this courts does concerning this case.

When the GOP was questioning KJB they asked how she felt about international law, and I cringed because the first, thing I thought of was Native Sovereignty.
