The Darius Rucker Family Journey

Here we take a look at Darius Rucker's journey to raising three children with Beth Rucker. Darius and Beth surprised many fans in July of 2020 announcing that the were "consciously uncoupling" as a modern day term for divorce. The couple will continue to raise the 3 kids. I've known Darius since he was 18 years old in high school. I could tell you many stories, but they all lead to this. To this day, he is the warmest, kindness, most generous friend I have ever had. He blows me away with the favors he does for me. We text often. He doesn't have to. But he's Darius Rucker, a one of a kind special friend.

I grew up in SC. Graduated University of SC. Remember seeing Hootie and Blowfish playing small clubs in 5 Points back in 1986. SC has been proud of Darius since his career beginnings. He has always stayed true to his family, roots and fans.

I've been a fan of Darius/HBF since hearing them for the first time in 1994 not knowing Darius was black until 1995 when they appeared on the David Letterman Late Night Show... Darius in 2008 was singing country and i was driving and heard this familiar voice and i just got teary eyed and said that's Darius from HBF i know it is. He has a voice like know other. I'm Always Proud Of HBF (Darius, Mark, Soni And Dean Great Guy's)/Darius Carlos Rucker I Am Very Proud And Amazed of his Accomplishments. It’s usually sad when couples end in divorce. Sometimes, it is necessary when couples just don’t feel the same, as they did, when they were together. I feel for his situation with his ex-wife. If a couple can still be good friends, after their divorce, that is a really good thing. Darius and his ex-wife have children together and, hopefully, will co-parent good together. I wish them both the very best moving forward. Peace.

Great man with great music. I met his son at my middle school and initially was friends with him. (It was funny Bc I thought his last name was just a coincidence when I first met him). After a few months I came to realize that he was kinda a jerk though. Unfortunate, but I didn’t care to be his friend just because his dad was famous.
