I think it's actually gonna be the alternate Barry. There's a quick shot in one of the trailers where he seems angry at main Barry. I think main Barry will travel back multiple times when someone dies, trying to make sure everyone stays alive, only to come to terms that he can't save everyone and someone (his mom, probably) has to STAY dead. This will anger other Barry, who wants to save everyone, and lead to his corruption into Dark Flash as he tries to kill main Barry to save everyone else. Or something like that. Who knows?

I think using Black Flash is fine since it a throwaway concept for this movie as a one time villain. If they had cast one of his established rogues then they'd have to cast someone in the role with no certainty they would return, so if they would have cast the perfect Cpt Cold or Reverse Flash it would've been a waste of casting.
