I'm 58. Feminism helped to destroyed my marriage & my business. Thank you Jake & Rachel for shining a light onto the evil of this doctrine. I'd go further though: I couldn't even trust my pastor who gave 2 thumbs up on the marriage counsellor we were seeing (she left me in 2013 so this was before then) that marriage counsellor was 20 years older than me & was a man who'd totally succumbed to Feminism. I needed someone to give me permission to be the man, not someone who emasculated me even further!!!

My wife grew up in communist Russia. I met her in 1989 and we got married in 1990. I visited Russia before and after our wedding and even visited the church where she had recently become Christian. Her priest blessed us. We also had a church blessing in England. Still married, 3 wonderful adult kids. Those Christian values transcend anything communism offers.

My husband and is 11 years older than me and we met just before I was 18 with an already terrible past. I was a MESS, but I loved him and his daughter(from prior relationship)so much, put them first and truly appreciated him. He had girls after him constantly and I couldn't understand why he chose me. We've been married now 20 years and I've asked so many times why he chose me? He always says it was time for him to grow up and he loved me. I always felt it was more than that and he didn't know or couldn't articulate it. Two days ago I was talking about this to my 18 yr old son in front of him and told him I thought I'd FINALLY figured it out(just took 23yrs lol) I said because when we met, I needed to be taken care of and he needed to take care of someone, but also needed someone to take care of him and we've spent our lives together doing that. His simple response was "Well isn't that how it's supposed to be?" It was such an eye opening moment because yes of course it should, but it's so hard to find. I'm so glad we came to this realization in front of my son! ❤I genuinely hope he finds the same, and knows what to look for in a partner. He's 18 and has never had a girlfriend because he's honestly afraid of girls. He says all it takes is a girl saying something about a guy for them to ruin his life forever. It's sad but he's right. Women have too much power, and don't appreciate men anymore, who just want to take care of them and be loved and appreciated for it! Lengthy comment but I really enjoy your show, it's honest and talks about things everyone needs to hear. I love that you had Rachel on. She's great and so are you. Thanks for all you do❤

You are very fortunate. I have a boyfriend who thinks both people should be independent and he seems to hate it when I need to be taken care of. I'm not "needy" in a bad way or anything. I'm just talking about the ways men and women need each other in the way you are talking about. And he hates when I show any concern for him. He seems to have no concept of the type of male female relationship you are talking about. Then I think back to when I was younger and there was a guy who was crazy about me. He wanted to take care of me and protect me and that feeling in him made him even want me more. The problem was that I just happened not to have feelings for him. I think that maybe all I needed was a little more time to really get to know him. He only came around once or twice a year on holidays to visit his mother. He lived on the other side of the country.

I turned 66 last month, a lifelong bachelor (not for lack of trying back in the day), so it is what it is. Mrs. Wilson made a valid statement "it's fashionable to be a brat today". I've noticed a trend in recent times in my area (big liberal midwestern city) of more older women reverting back to infantile behavior, and a trend of older women dressing like teenage girls. I theorize that younger women have partially learned this behavior from older women.

@@rachel.wilson: I specifically agree with you on the matter of churches. I used to go to my local church when it was run by a pastor who was also a Korean War veteran with an eye patch. The man was like a father to all the men in the church. The man spoke about life and death often, and I'm sure he's killed people, so he knew what he was talking about. There was authority in the things he said. Gave the toughest speeches, pissed off a lot of people, and never cared about the backlash. When he died, a middle aged woman replaced him, and a few months later I stopped going.

@@rachel.wilson Thank you for sticking with finding the truth. I cannot thank you enough. I have found some institutions and philosophies have very dark origins. Every time I am presented with a very old institution that prides itself of being for the "people"...I end up digging and finding ties to very dark events or practices. Even football clubs. There is a well known football club in southern Europe which has in it's banners a predominant colour: red. Digging into the early 1900s origins of this club you find reverence for blood and occult practices. Lo and behold and the primary fans of this club were responsible for gruesome d3aths since the 1990s. Occult practices are in a lot of places, philosophies and institutions most people hold dear (and are not aware of it). We Christians need to stay alert and informed. Thank you, again.

I hear you. At the same time, the same must be, sadly, said about men. I'm around your age and thank God I don't date, because I don't think I'd be able to find a decent man, neither now nor when I was younger. Too many men are destroyed by promiscuity and pornography. There's also many of those who are destroyed by having premarital relation, multiple partners through life. The younger generations, as I hear now, have often no actual relationships, but they're also - or even more than ever before - destroyed by pornography. It would be so difficult to find a decent and chaste man. So I think that how many modern women are today is equal to the how modern men are. Again, even those who complain of never having relationships/dates, are spoiled and stained by sexual impropriety (pornography). It's bad out there.

@@joane24yes, I am a bit older than the two of you, at 45. I have also been married to my high school sweetheart for the last 23 years and I could not agree more with what you have stated. The original commenter as well, but you have articulated what my experience has been as well. To the extent that my own marriage has been greatly affected by these destructive forces to a massive extent only further exacerbated by the fact that I was sexually abused as a child in addition to being exposed to pornography beginning around 5 years old. It has truly had a profound impact upon my life.❤

This was fantastic and I hope that a lot of younger women listen to this with an open mind. I'm a 46 year old woman and I see the evils of "feminism". I do think that women should be able to be doctors, scientists, etc if that is their talent and passion, but like every supposed progressive idea, it has progressed over a cliff. I feel so bad for men these days and can understand why they become black pilled... it needs to change.

As a woman who was wild, some of us need a strong leader. I've known so many weak men in my life and most of them were dangerous too. There's a lot of sleazy types out there so it's a slow process of building trust and relationship. None of us are perfect and the church has weakened both men and women with terrible leadership. I'm happy to see the younger generation trying to rebuild the things that have been broken. For the sake of the future, i support them cause it's not easy.

The best thing women can do to bring men back to church, is to dress like women. I miss the times when women would wear beautiful dresses to church. It was so nice seeing the women walking to church looking so beautiful and feminine. At the church I go to, most women don't even bother dressing up. Many just wear jeans and tshirts. It's no wonder so many women are still single. Men are looking for feminine women.

Conservatives are liberals 20 years ago is not just a saying, it's literally what happens. As young liberals cause change they become conservatives and try to conserve the changes they made, and see new young liberals as crazy. Conservatives are literally liberals who are conserving charges from their generation from the onslaught of the new liberal generation. True conservatives exist but they are very rare and mind their own business.

Having marriage controlled within a Patriarchal Church would increase marriage rates tremendously. It would also eliminate the states' control that started in the US to keep the races apart. Antimesegenation was a state issue . Inbreeding was eliminated by the local church.

Probably the most educational pod cast I've seen in a while, so good I passed it to my 'young' daughter. Took me a while to work out who Andrew was then hit me like a brick 😂. Great to see such an educated, historic, and well researched challenge to modern western rhetoric. Although shame the title is heavily click bait as this may deter some; the episode covers so many different facets of life. Great work both, but especially Rachel.

I love women. I’ve been married 20 years and my wife and I are currently raising 2 teenage daughters. Women are beautiful, amazing, annoying, loving, maddening, colorful gifts to the world from God and I appreciate so much of what they do for so many. Their femininity drives men wild and makes them bend over backwards to make them happy, and I wish more women would understand their true power lies in that. All we want from them is peace and loyalty. That’s the love language for a man. Traditional men and women working together are unstoppable and I pray that every man and woman reading this finds that person that compliments them, respects, them, and loves them as Christ loves us. It’s time we abandon all the division the media, politicians, and advertisers are sewing in our lives and get back to working together. This is what they fear more than anything else.
