alot of people say its unrealistic how hes so battered after that little time. well think of it this way. its not like a Professional Boxer who practices for a few months at a time before a big fight and then has time to heal from the fight and get back up again. Batman is doing all of that in a days worth of time, day after day, year after year. he he has no time to heal, no time to recoup the lost energy or damage hes taken. he just keeps going. that doesnt heal properly at all.
