As others have pointed out This video if full of misinformation and outdated regulations. Might as well talk about the viking ships. All maritime crimes from US ports now fall under the FBI to investigate, The sewage Comment is incorrect. all brown water discharge must be treated, Black water or Poop is now treated then incinerated, Food scraps are also incinerated on all new ships as per regulations. The flag Of convenience allows ships to operate under less red tape and make a profit.
