Vineetha actually guided her that packaging is not well and labelling is not correct and she praised her well said at a point. But founder has a lot of self obsession and ego to not to listen to critics and learn from them. When Namitha ask what is special product which people will buy it for she answers she is the differentiator. Nobody buys a just looking at a person. It might go well in start but after use and trial they won’t come back even how good your face is. Vineetha and Namitha has knowledge about cosmetics and pharmaceuticals that’s y they are more communicating with her and when it comes to other sharks they are listening carefully to both of them. But pitcher has problem with listening to them. She just wants them to see her face and invest. If packing is not good person will hesitate to use and buy it again when we get products in our hands

Vibhuti is gorgeous..a great ambassador for good skincare and yoga❤ She is correct! Vineeta is very competitive and sometimes keeps repeating the same thing! It really pissed me off! She acts like she is the boss of her industry and that sugar cosmetics products r the best ...although I personally feel Kay beauty by Katrina is far far better than sugar. Even look at vineeta's skin I don't think she has much knowledge about skincare.

bro i must say ur podcast is really good as compared to other podcasts which are currently there on this platform but the only thing that u need to work on is the over usage of "fair enough" because in most the cases if not all it was not even required and that is kinda distracting cause by the end i was waiting for u to say it rather than listen to the conversation or uk focus on the question .
