Dr Stuart Murray talked about looksmaxxing when it comes to young teenage boys and how things like cutting and bulking among looksmaxxing teen actually hide eating disorders because they are concerned with their appereance too such high degree, rapid changes in diet is unhealthy. Young teenage boys recently have had more eating disorders ever since looksmaxxing started. The main reason guys looksmaxx is to attract women, and so this cause makes them research methods to better themselves and find out what particularly attracts women. The result is that most of these guys who researched this topic in-depth come to learn that women are mostly physically attracted to men of that pass a looks threshold and certain races of men. How is person supposed to be confident in finding a woman when they come to terms with harsh truths that they learned? Most of this video ignores the actual data and stats that support looksmaxxing beliefs and fails to debunk that looks are objective and tells guys to just ignore it bro.
