1.Nepal was never part of India 2.Kumari are born in Buddhist family of some specific cast with newar community and is worship solely by Hindus ( i know it sounds weird) 3. To be selected as kumari one have to be born not only in specific community and cast but also be born on specific dates, ( tithi ) 4. She have private tutor and is well educated for whatever is her age ( even the royal kumari) 5. They can walk and do whatever they desire but only inside kumari ghar ( who we are to impose laws on god) 6. They can decide if they want to get married or not but yes not everybody is ready to marry a former kumari because of the curse. 7. The last time kumari cried was 23 years ago and within the week royal massacre took place ( none of the royal kumari have cried till the date ) 8. Kumari are not like dummy gods, she have every or most quality of taleju bhawani and go through hard test to prove the she is indeed taleju Bhawani before being thrown. One day a kumari named Chanira Bajracharya started crying and her tears didn't stop upto 1-2 weeks and her parents called a priest and the priest told its a sign of bad things to the country.And her parents think the Goddess Taleju is angry and they do a forvige pooja. They had prepared completely but before doing the pooja they received a phone call and in that call somebody told the royal family died and the kumari stopped crying and she said my crying duty is done.

Of course, Kumari can marry but some people are afraid to marry kumari And even after being replaced by others, she is still respected by people because she was former goddess.And it is collaboration of some religion as soon as I know
