Hi , so here is my experience when I visited NYC 3 weeks back. I was just vlogging and taking videos infront of STATEN ISLAND Building. There were some local vendors who were selling some local snacks. So I recorded that stating in my vlog that looks guys in nyc you can taste local snacks like this. And out of nowhere a lady came and said why are you recording them. She was so so rude. She was ordering me to delete that video. She said you are recording history or what delete that video. Honestly, I had my 1 year old baby with me. So, I had to delete that video infront of her. I was scared as a mother bcz these people are psycho. I even asked her plz be polite why are you so rude.. bt she was literally shouting. I immediately left that place bcz I did not want to get involved in any fight. I was scared of my baby and family. I did not like NYC at all. There are other places in US like Florida, texas etc where I have lived. People are so humble and polite. But people in NYC are disgusting

Ny is not that dangerous it’s a big American city that has been hit very hard by the pandemic, this might be a shocker to somone in India but in ny people don’t like seeing tourist walking around filming them and once the find out your a straight up tourist you automatically mean nothing to them most of them are just trying to go through their day getting to work and getting home to whatever they have to do. Many Americans during the pandemic are dealing with 100-200-% inflation and have do work 2 jobs to make ends meet so when they see a foreigner in their way it’s r just being annoying there gunna do something about it.
