First of all, God NEVER commanded Solomon to marry many women. Now, what happen to Solomon after he married MANY WOMEN? Let's read the Bible: "SOLOMON . . . loved many foreign women . . . He had SEVEN HUNDRED WIVES, PRINCESSES , and THREE HUNDRED CONCUBINES, and HIS WIVES TURNED HIS HEART AWAY [FROM GOD] . . ." (1 Kings 11:1-4, Amplified Bible). That's the consequence of marrying MANY WOMEN. The command of God is very clear: "You shall most certainly set a KING over you whom the Lord your God chooses . . . HE SHALL NOT ACQUIRE MULTIPLE WIVES FOR HIMSELF, OR ELSE HIS HEART WILL TURN AWAY [FROM GOD] . . ." (Deuteronomy 17:15-17, Amplified Bible).

Medieval kings did not usually marry for love or just pleasure. Most of those women were "married" under calculated political alliances and arrangements. They were technically "ambassadors" to their home countries. They secured their husband's interests in economic, social and political matters. Also, Nobles gave their daughters as wives or concubines to the king to secure his favor. The number of women in a King's harem was evidence of his political acumen, and not a sign of moral bankruptcy. No wonder Scriptures tell us that King Solomon enjoyed (political) peace on all sides throughout his reign (1st Kings 4:24). At a time when Egypt was considered a historical oppressor of the Israelites, He married Pharaoh's daughter and built a special palace for her! (2 Chronicles 8:11). This explains why he never had children with them. It was strictly business! 😅

This reminds me of the Jewish Rebellion of Korah. The Great Jewish Assembly via the Sanhedrin forgot this lesson.. Korah argued that the entire community had an equal right to the priesthood. His power play not only challenged Moses and Aaron, but God. Numbers 16:1-40, indicates that Korah rebelled against Moses along with 249 co-conspirators and were punished for their rebellion when God sent fire from heaven to consume all 250 of them. This is similar to God allowing the destruction of the defiant Kingdom of Israel. ********************************************** Even without necessarily making decrees, the mere strength of the Men of the Great Jewish Assembly brought about at least two very significant political results: 1) The ABSENCE of a monarch of Davidic ancestry. 2) The STRENGTHENING of the office of the High Priest. THIS BASICALLY NEGATES GOD’S CHOSEN AUTHORITY, WITHOUT WHOM, THE ASSEMBLY HAS NO DIVINE AUTHORITY. As soon as Ezra established the Men of the Great Jewish Assembly no Davidic ancestor ever again played a prominent role on the national level. At the same time, power gradually shifted into the office of the High Priest. In the First Temple era the Davidic kings ran the country and the High Priest was completely subservient to them. By contrast, in the first 300 years of the Second Temple era, until Herod, the High Priest was inordinately powerful. He played a prime role in not only the religious life but the political, military, and diplomatic arena as well. Therefore, it is no surprise that the Maccabees, who were priests, eventually saw themselves fit to take the reign of Jewish kingship. ********************************************* Since the Great Jewish Assembly lka the Sanhedrin rejected the Davidic line of Kings and assumed the kingship, there was division between the Pharisees and the Sadducees view of scripture. It resulted in the absence of divine authority and unity of doctrine. Regardless of their personal sins, God did not allow his WORD to be altered, as in the case of King Solomon and his pagan Canaanite wife. KING SOLOMON IS FROM THE DAVIDIC LINE VIA THE TRIBE OF BENJAMIN FROM THE KINGDOM OF JUDAH. ************************************************* The Sanhedrin, the 70-member supreme court of ancient Israel, had members from both the Sadducees and the Pharisees. The Pharisees’ and the Sadducees’ differing view of Scripture, The Sadducees rejected a belief in the resurrection of the dead, but the Pharisees did believe in the resurrection. The Sadducees denied the afterlife, holding that the soul perished at death, but the Pharisees believed in an afterlife and in an appropriate reward and punishment for individuals. The Sadducees rejected the idea of an unseen, spiritual world aka angels, but the Pharisees taught the existence of angels and demons in a spiritual realm. BTW: Without the authority of the Davidic line of Kings even the Sadducees and the Pharisees had conflicting viewpoints, SINCE THE SADUCCEES DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE 500 YO MESSIANIC PROPHECIES OF EZEKIEL , ISAIAH, HOSEA, AND JEREMIAH, WHICH STATED THAT THE MESSIAH WOULD COME TO REMOVE THEIR TRANSGRESSION/SINS, BUT INSTEAD THEY WERE EXPECTING A WARRIOR MESSIAH AKA THE LION OF JUDAH, WHICH WOULD COME AT THE END OF THE TIMES. YET, THE PHARISEES, NICODEMUS, AND OTHER PHARISEES, WHO ACKNOWLEDGED THESE PROPHECIES, KNEW OF JESUS TO BE THE MESSIAH. THESE PROPHECIES WERE WRITTEN WHEN CRUCIFXION WAS NOT EVEN PRACTICED BY THE ROMANS. THEY ALSO STATED THAT MOST JEWS WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AS THE MESSIAH. THERE WERE 500+ WITNESSES TO THE RESURRECTED JESUS AND THOUSANDS WITNESSED HUNDREDS OF MIRACLES. AS FOR HIS PATERNAL LINEAGE, JESUS WAS GRAFTED ONTO THE DAVIDIC LINE BY HIS EARTHLY DAD, JOSEPH, AND HIS MATERNAL DAVIDIC LINEAGE VIA HIS MOM. YET, PRESENT DAY JEWS ARE AWAITING A MESSIAH, BASED ON THE MATERNAL LINEAGE, WHICH SEEMS IRONIC. THE 7 DEURO CANONICAL BOOKS, NOT THE LATER EDITED APOCRYPHA, STATED THE WORD, VIRGIN, NOT THE LATER EDITED WORD, WOMAN AKA A VIRGIN BIRTH. MATTHEW1:1-16 it clearly demonstrates Jesus' legal right to the throne of David. According to Judaism, Jesus, as the adopted son of Joseph, would have all the legal rights of a biological heir. JESUS THREW OVER THE MONEY CHANGERS’ TABLES, WHICH WERE DESECRATING THE "SECOND" TEMPLE OF GOD AKA HEROD'S JEWISH TEMPLE. JESUS WANTS CHRISTIANS TO OBEY THE 10 COMMANDMENTS FROM DEUTORONOMY, THE SECOND SET OF TABLETS AKA REPLACEMENT SET AFTER THE FIRST SET AKA EXODUS WAS BROKEN IN ANGER BY MOSES. JESUS NO LONGER WANTED CHRISTIANS TO APPLY THE SADUCCEES' MADE OLD COVENANT JEWISH MOSAIC LAW RITES, HIS SACRIFICE FREED US OF THESE CHAINS. GOD NO LONGER ACKNOWLEDGED THE BLOOD OF LAMBS ON THE JEWISH DAY OF ATONEMENT AKA DRESS REHEARSAL, AS PER JEWISH HISTORIANS. GOD ACKNOWLEDGED THE NEW COVENANT SACRIFICE OF JESUS, PRESENT IN THE HOLY EUCHARIST. ************************************************ SINCE THE SADUCCESS WANTED TO PREVENT MORE FIRST CENTURY JEWISH CONVERTS TO CHRISTIANITY, THEY CREATED THE UNBIBLICAL ORAL LAW (NOT THE ORAL TORAH) AKA THE JERUSALEM TALMUD, WHICH INSTRUCTED THE JEWS TO APPLY THE 10 COMMANDMENTS TO EACH OTHER, BUT NOT TOWARDS THE UNBELIEVER AKA GOY. GOD DOES NOT PROMOTE SIN OR OFFENSIVE VIOLENCE.

@@ThePoweroftheWord-Official Time is short and all Christians need to come together for the spiritual battle ahead of us while bringing unbelievers the truth of the unedited gospels. The Illumination of Conscience aka Jesus’s last affirmation of his deity draws near and an Illuminated Cross will appear in a darkened sky and everyone will see the true state of their souls. The Old saying, "If you can afford them, you can have them" always held true to human nature. Back toward the end of the 1800s the founder of the Mormon "pseudo" Christian Sect, Joseph Smith was tried and Not convicted of practicing Polygamy. The reason that he could not be found guilty of the charges was because the Scriptures do Not Expressly prohibit Polygamy.
