I am currently working on a job and also building my business by side, I personally follow these to avoid burnout - I make friends to ease out my process and mental stability. Gym mates to enjoy my gym sessions, I have really funny partners to work on my business. It's does not feel like doing the work - I sleep min. 6 hours a day even in worst scenerios - I don't rush myself to achieve the goal quickly - I always make atleast 1 day to my enjoyment (games, family, friends etc..) - Sometimes shit happens on that day, So i usually don't overlook it and i just let it go. Hustling can also be done in a chiller way!
