@@nolagirl2458Having been a teenager at the time, I watched the low-speed chase on television. The public were standing on the side of the freeway with signs saying, “Go, OJ, go!” and similar…. cheering on a man who was evading police. The public were foolish about this from the night it began.

It’s all about domestic violence. I was abused as a child and still married an abuser and didn’t even realize it until many years later…. We just don’t know what we don’t know…. And some of us hang on to hope. 💔there’s also the trauma bond …. So hard to break

Allegedly, Nicole's parents told her at least once that she had an obligation to make the marriage work, despite knowledge of his abuse. 😢

Nicole left the letters and documentation to say when I am killed you will have proof of O. J' s violent side. She many times said she knew he would kill her one day. I just hate that she was taken away from her children.

Nicole knew OJ was married from the jump. Her roommate and best friend at the time was a football fan and told her. According to him, that didn’t seem to bother her. OJ’s first wife said she used to drive by their house all the time when he was still married to her. One of her high school teachers asked her what she wanted to do after she graduated and she said, she wanted to marry a rich man. He told her that wasn’t a career. Tragically, she got way more than what she bargained for with OJ.

What about Rosie Grier? He met with OJ while he was in jail. Why isn’t anyone going after him to get him to talk about his meeting with OJ?

Judge Itto wouldn’t allow it, he didn’t think it was relevant, and the jurors didn’t believe there was such a thing as domestic violence.

Nicole was no innocent victim. When pursuing OJ she went to his home where his wife and children were multiple times asking for OJ. I’m not saying she deserved to die but she knew the depth of his character when she got him.

No one is blaming the victims. Ron Goldman did not deserve to lose his life so young. He is often forgotten. Nicole didn't deserve abuse or a premature death either. The fact is, Nicole knew OJ was married and her family did too. Period. That is not hearsay.

Well she got that back in the end....O.J. cheated on Nicole with Tawny Kitaen- she kinda did let Nicole know that...she said she knew f he did it- he told her..but she never spoke out about it,,,, I think she was going to? Only speculation, though. She took that secret to her early grave.

There are no perfect victims. Also, she was in her late teens and early twenties when OJ was still married to his first wife. She wasn't mature enough at that time to really understand what she was dealing with or the long term ramifications of everything. OJ groomed her, abused her, and then killed her to control her and protect his image. Victim blaming someone who isn't even here to defend themselves is gross.

My heart breaks for Nicole. No one ever deserves what happened to her, but let’s get real, she did know he was married and knew who he was. She was drawn in by the money, fame and power. He beat her up multiple times before the wedding bought her a Porsche and then she loved him for it and the first night they dated he ripped her jeans. Just like everybody else loved, but didn’t know him that’s what she did!

And although I understand it’s hard to leave an abuser, after a few beatings (look at the photos), why didn’t this pretty girl find another man. OJ was so not worthy of her, not even attractive after his nose job.

my heart aches for All the Goldman's, that was a innocent young man with a life in front of him. And I blame Nicole for some of it, I think she tantalized oj, she played games, and it got her and a innocent young man brutally murdered. I get a little angry when the Browns speak publicly about how good Nicole was, and they never say anything about the innocent young man, most of the time, they will speak his name at the end of the conversation. The Brown's accused the Goldman's of being $$ hungry when they took OJ to civil court. But then joined in, I guess they realized their $$ well had dried up and they joined the civil case.

I feel badly for her kids . There’s no way to fondly remember your childhood. Recent study’s have shown how traumatic it is to lose a parent at a young age. I think OJ believed he what did was in the right. So tragic.

I think over sharing was taboo in 90s and 2000s now we are a society solely based on social media now I feel they (family) felt they could share it and Denise being the main proponent of DV awareness and her clearly being the closest to Nicole probably was the executor on making that decision.

I have repeatedly stated that OJ is to blame. He knew he was married. But, Nicole knew he was married with children as well.

I have reservations about Cowlings. During his deposition, he seemed to be acting to me. He didn't do anything to protect Nicole from OJ, considering he *loved her so much*. All these people who couldn't protect her including HER FAMILY. Melissa, these are great direct questions. I would go even more hard core with asking why Nicole stayed, why didn't she leave on her own. Why tell people that OJ was going to kill her one day and do nothing about it? Why allow him to continue to stalk her without getting a restraining order? Why not be more firm with him? I was involved with an abuser and could only tolerate 2 years of the violence. I left! It was scary but I did it and had NO MONEY at the time with barely a support system. She had plenty of money., plenty of friends etc...things just don't make sense.

All of the comments dehumanizing Nicole are appalling. She was groomed, abused, slaughtered, and then left for her two children to find. To make this about anything else is heartless. This documentary was intended to honor her life, not further dehumanize her. Some of you need to step down from your imagined pedestals.

It is not victim blaming. Sometimes we make mistakes and we are pardoned. Other times we make mistakes and we are punished. It is making it clear to young women, to avoid married guys. But in Nicole's case, she wanted the money.

She knew how OJ was she should have got a divorce and got away from him and had a mediator help with the kids and someone to take them back and forth for at least 2 years until things die down. Instead she is still going on vacation with him, having sex, Still taking his gifts. Nicole wanted her cake and eat it too. She wanted the perks of being his wife and her freedom and other men at the same time. I'm not saying it's the victim's fault by no means but it may have been avoided if she did not try to have the best of both worlds.

None of us knows the truth, still to this day. Death at any point, if not natural, is wrong! May God bless you all and bring closure. May the children continue together to thrive and find acceptance. Please, let this case be closed, until more factual information is found. At this point, all you guys are doing is talking. Remember, young adults are involved and could stumble across this podcast! Which adds nothing for them.

Her mother was her father's second wife by the way.... Nicole was not naive. What 17 or 18 year old dates a married guy with two children and one on the way when the majority of your dating options at that age are single.

Sadly, Nicole just turns 18 in May and then get her job at The Daisy right after (you had to be 18+ to work there), she moves in with her friend David in his studio as a roommate where she sleeps on the couch and he sleeps on the floor. Almost right away in June Nicole meets OJ at The Daisy where she is working. From what her roommate David describes it sounds like she was date r @ p e d on the first night they met. If Nicole had been living with her parents and she came home with ripped clothes would they have been ok with it? I don't think so. OJ knew how to manipulate, charm, and control people.

I am not a fan of football. However, I knew who OJ Simpson was. He was bigger than life. So when I read or heard that Nicole & her sisters had no idea who OJ was....I'm a bit confused. That being said, no one deserves to be murdered the way Nicole and Ron Goldman were.

H we was initially made famous in the 1970s after amazingly broke all the record books and rewriting the record books! He was rumored to have abused cocaine for years and years and I suspect he used anabolic steroids as well. It would explain how he was able to perform in workout videos with arthritis in the months leading up to the murders and it would definitely explain the impulsivity of the murders. There is really nothing more frightening than a narcissist on steroids. But this is mere speculation on my part.

Jason's blood was not found at the crime scene, or in OJs bronco, or at OJs estate. Jason's didn't have a cut on his finger. Gee I wonder who the killer could be.

@@Anonymous-gc1tr Jason never gave a sample of his blood because after he refused to cooperate he wasn't investigated. OJ hired a lawyer for Jason who specializes in death penalty cases before he hired a lawyer for himself. Jason refused to talk but OJ was cooperative with police. Gee I wonder who it could be?
