You can tell that her father sa’s her every night because the sedatives keep her unconscious each night and if you decide to stop taking the sedatives and pretend to sleep, you can hear papa coming down and asking if the player is asleep before unbuckling his belt and pants

Now this, this is definitely a true horror experience. It capsulates the fact on how fucked up people can be and the twist was so disgusting. And the fact the ending even made it more disgusting, this is just jaw-dropping to me to see that this guy actually managed to recreate this game on steam or pc i think into roblox and somehow got past moderation. That's crazy and should be a 17+ experience. Overall, this game imo is definitely one of the best horror games, not in looks but in lore. I love it, obviously I don't mean that I hope this will actually happen, I DONT. In fact, this is just a comment to keep in mind of how weird people can be, and this game shows it.

The fact I was deceived too into thinking that there was an actual plague or apocalypse was so shocking. Realizing now that I paid more attention it was about someone deceiving a child and the child thought his "father" is someone she could trust. the game was not only about isolation and loneliness, but also about conservativeness and how you can easily manipulate someone, especially a child. This game was well-done and well-thought of I genuinely enjoyed the lore.

Right, so after reading some of the comments and getting some context, the text at the back makes this game more horrifying and frankly disgusting in a sense (game's craft is perfect, its just the implications of the text paired with the total context). The text at the end which said "Why do I feel so nauseous every morning now, papa?" is a reference to a condition called morning sickness. The thing is... Morning sickness is a symptom of pregnancy. (In addition, I cant help but to also notice that day 147 also corresponds with how 10% of pregnant women still have symptoms after the 20th week (140 days) of pregnancy. Its really interesting how this statistic is also taken into account.)

Trigger warning for some people... I'm pretty sure that this game is based off the case of Elisabeth Fritzl. For those who don't know the case: Elizabeth was taken captive by her father and was kept in his basement for over 20 years. He would repeatedly rape her, and would end up having seven children with her. The only difference that this game had with the actual case is that the character we play as in the game seems to be a child and Elizabeth was 18 when her father took her hostage. Overall, this game, if you understand the meaning behind it, is very disturbing... I'm glad that Elizabeth was able to escape from her fathers control and is living a better life under a different name with her children.

I've had my suspicions from the very beginning, and I really, *really* hoped my doubts about the apparent 'plague' were wrong. It was all in front of our noses, honestly. The nicknames, the father's eagerness to the player taking the antidote, a new food in the kitchen everyday (and the player not thinking of it, unsurprising as they were kept in isolation from a lot of things). When the father gave her the apple and said, ‘try it soon, they're best when they're fresh’ my heart fucking dropped. I knew in that instant for sure. Absolutely heartbreaking. There are a lot of horror games on roblox, but i do wonder how good of an idea it is to have on a children's (mostly) website.

If You need an explanation of what just happened, basically (I am guessing) that the girl was abducted very young like when she was a baby of something but some random guy which is her dad. The random guy raised her to he was her dad. There were no monsters at all outside, outside is completely normal that was just a scary story the dad would tell her kid to not want to escape and run away from him. The pills where not any disses preventing thing, they were just sleep pills. It's actually really sad that she believed him, like when could have escaped many times but her trust in her supposed dad was very strong. When the dad left i think he left many for something to benefit himself like going on vacation or something, it's also really sad that the child does not even know what an apple is, it's probably because she was been held captive her whole life. Right from the start I understood what it was about. It's not an apocalypse, but probably a child locked in a basement. The "apocalypse" story is a way for the "father" to make the child not want to escape. As for the monsters that imitate human voices, it's simply another excuse. He says this because if the police manage to find the place, if the police talk the little girl sees believe it's a monster and will say nothing and be scared so the police would leave. As for antidotes, I'm not sure. But as she said, she felt tired. It's probably a deliberate effect of the father. But I don't know what kind of medicine it is... It can't be sleeping pills because she faints. It could be a drug that's supposed to have that effect (which would surprise me). Or a drug in too large a dose, or one that's not supposed to be taken by a child. Unfortunately, we can only speculate.
