I normally don't post things like this, but here goes. For many years, I was angry. So angry that I took it out on friends and sometimes, my family. I never told anyone about what happened to me a a child (let's just say I was abused). Until one day I let it go, and let God in. I know that we're a work in progress, but I continue to improve myself daily. Those that I hurt in the past, I apologized to them. But enough about me! Thanks be to God that he pulled you out of that dark place. I posted this quote in one of your videos: You either are entering a storm, in a storm, or exiting a storm. But be sure you come out a better person before you enter. And you did🙏🏾.

He is such a good God…having gone through depression myself I can totally relate; thankfully every time I look back I have never seen His back, He has always been faithful. It’s a day to my 30th birthday and unfortunately the days leading to this have been filled with lots of comparison, this was a timely reminder to refocus and stop comparing. I remember the first time I saw the-gecko in the house in Ghana and I was like get it out and then I was told that they get rid of any “creepy crawlies for you”. Longsuffering and endurance are also fruits of the spirit. The only way to develop those fruits are to suffer long and to endure. Sometimes our Heavenly Father allows the tempter to tempt us (Book of Job) because he wants us to grow in the fruits of the spirit, and especially to strengthen our faith. You’re spot on with understanding we can’t trust everyone, especially as children of GOD. The day we choose to serve Christ, the enemy will try and use any weak vessel to steer us off our path.
