Starting in June (2024), Lisa at @LifeinLayouts and I will be hosting a challenge where we work through creating better habits and consistency with our scrapbooking. It's easy to create, and we often avoid the boring tasks like putting layouts away or taking the time to clean up our digital photos. I am not caught up by i print pictures and sort as i go along. I take the pictures, and then i choose my paper and embellishments. I am pretty organized. I have a family album, 1 grandchild album, a sisters weekend album. But....i do have to start my wedding(45ys ago) and i am going to go back and do my kids(2 boys) albums.

I don’t scrapbook chronologically but I also don’t put my layouts in albums chronologically so I feel doubly overwhelmed.

Sounds like u r just right to me. No rules, just right! 😂 I am the same as you but recently I watched someone else who was putting things away & I realized that my albums might be confusing to the viewer when they jump around in years. Our brains think chronologically. So it’s worth doing. I never put dates on my pages, so I am going to start where I am & see how it goes.
