Nothing to see but I've always loved driving the Hay Plains.. trips home to Vic from days in working in Syd.... and the Junction.. so much History on the Murray Darling fror a Paddle Steamer fan like me, the 1853 'Race' between Randell and that shady character Cadell..Neat to see the Ruby too.. have quite a few pics of her back in the day, transiting Swan Hill. Thanks Paul

I love the paddle steamers as well. When looking at the Darling during my trip which is very low due to water theft to feed the cotton farms (but that's another story) I tried to imagine the steamers traversing the river delivering and picking up goods. What a time it would have been.
