Yes, because people have gotten completely ridiculous and over sensitive about thinking there's a pervert around every corner. It's scary just to be a parent nowadays people have gotten so judgemental about how you do everything and are so quick to scold. If you're not a child's parent, you're afraid to even look at them or speak to them, even if they need help, for fear of being accused of something. God help a child that gets lost in a store nowadays, no one would want to take them to find help, for fear of being accused of trying to abduct them.

Dawn seemed a little too young to handle that job. I remember her being in quite a few shows and movies when I was young. I also had one of her brother's albums. The boy in the second round was adorable and so was his date. They sure matched well, although he might have gotten along better with the first girl who wanted to live on a farm.

TabbyAngel2 This was in 1972. Teen styles are distinctive from decade to decade. I was 13 that year and this was cool back then.

@ Ariel Sarino I was 13 then also! By 1976 when I raised my right hand and joined the military, my hair was past my shoulders only to have it shaved off in 7 seconds. I miss the 70s!

What was lovely Dawn wearing? An off the shoulder, almost indecently short dress? She should have been dressed like the little girl she was.

You sound like a youngster. Even little girls were wearing miniskirts back in those days. Have you ever watched The Brady Bunch?

It is disturbing to see the little girl wearing such an ill fitting dress.
@chineseslaves19714 жыл бұрын
Right, it’s way too short, yet falling off at the top. Way too old for her underwear to show when her mother picks her up...and then the mother’s outfit touches the floor. Girls never had dresses that short...and to wear on a dating show is odd. Also, it was rare back then to be a single mother, the fact this was on a show is also odd. These shows don’t seem authentic either, but for beginning acting stints.
