This song is now a track on the official BMG re-release of the Dave Clark Five's first Epic album in the US, "Glad All Over". It is being used in place of "No Time To Lose", which has been omitted from the re-release.

Interesting how they decided to add a track recorded 5 years after the "Glad All Over" album came out. Surely there were suited better for 1964 to add on that album?
