The Day A Million Dollar Ball Was Lost - Shohei Ohtani's 40/40 Walk Off Grand Slam - 大谷 翔平

What started out as just a game with friends ended up as a much bigger event. We started out the day meeting the Dodger regulars and a guest from Minnesota, Tony (Baseball Road Tripper), for a fun night at Dodger Stadium. Everyone did great getting balls from both the Dodgers and the Tampa Bay Rays. Ohtani starts this game with 39 home runs and 39 stolen bases. Tristyn tried some new beverages with Tony, and the game got exciting in the later innings. Shohei stole his 40th base and Kike Hernandez hit a 3 run bomb. All tied up in the bottom of the 9th......2 outs.....Shohei Ohtani steps up to the plate with the bases loaded. A walk off grand slam was not the way anyone expected Shohei to become the first ever Dodger and 6th ever player to make it to the 40/40 club. Even more unexpected was that Tony had a chance to catch that ball!! Watch how it goes down!!!
