Very nice home! I know the area around there. My wife’s sister goes to Stamford University out your way of town. We bought in Aria a few years ago then got another one in Anchan Gardens and rent out the former. Now that we’re having a kid in July going to get a 3rd at the new phase here with some more space! Hua Hin is a great place to invest! Good luck with your beautiful home!

Budget ten thousand baht a month that is way too much to spend on food and beverage. If that was included traveling too . Sounds okay
