I think the answer is SOLVE. My reasoning is as follows 1) S for Superman (hope you can print on a chest, s stands for hope) 2) O second is shared by the Last prince of the deck= Joker. "in third is the first of the fox in the tower" referencing Lucius fox as in batman Arkham knight he sits in Wayne tower. "get fourth from the fifth as the clock tolls the hour" referencing Barbra Gordon as in Arkham knight she in mostly in the clocktower providing batman with information. "my last the initial key scheme and divisor" could be referencing a few things but most likely refers to Joe Chill killing batman's parents and setting the course for Bruce to become batman. I really like the fact that the Riddlers lyrics are an actual riddle, unfortunately I don’t know DC well enough to be able to solve it, other than the first line about the first being hope that you can print on the chest being S for Superman, and just thinking about the second line I think it could be J for joker If both of those are correct than solving it won’t give an actual word (at least at first), but based on the last line I have a feeling that whatever the answer is it’s going to need to be decrypted with a Cipher that is relatively common (Best guess is that it’s probably Caesar cipher and the shift would need to be brute forced, just because other than A1Z26 that’s the first one that comes to mind and it certainly isn’t A1Z26), I think the last line about not being able to decode your cyphers is a play on words and references the fact that the answer to the riddle will be encrypted in some sort of cipher
