A story from a survivor in Leningrad:when I went out of the apartment to the entrance, there were always people who died of Hunger and cold on the stairs. no one buried them, because there were no forces to transport the dead. While standing in line for bread, which consisted of sawdust and glue, people did not wait right in line and fell dead.

But they knew one thing, they must protect their motherland, their family, their friends, lover, pets, son and daughter. They knew they’re gonna die in a second on the battlefield but for everything at their back, sacrifice thei r life was just a small price for the future of their home to them. Maybe they wound some enemies, kill enemies or maybe they fall after a step out of trench but still it was a contribution, a morale boost, a shield for their comrades behind to push, to revenge for them, to keep the promise to protect their home. Imagine in a battle where everyone is scared, no one is brave enough to push, to fight, to sacrifice, to step out and shook their comrades morale. “Your name is unknown, your deed is immortal”

Russia would have lost without the Lend-lease act. Learn your history. Britain would’ve starved in the early days of the war without the Lend-lease act. Learn your history. The U.S. gave planes, tanks, clothes, food, trucks, jeeps, oil, and many other vital resources to Russia before the war even got remotely close to their doorstep. Don’t ever undermine a country without doing research ever again.

Російський народ не зазнав окупації що була в Україні, яка була повністю окупована, також не забувайте що росіяни воювали разом з іншими народами і якщо порахувати за померлими то в Україні померло більше цивільних ніж у Росії під час другої світової.
