I had seen it before, either. But I they were two other movies 🎬 1. Was when Hertfords lived through the winter and created a calf from a longhorn. 2. "Parent Trap" in the 1960s with Haley Mills.

Maureen O'Hara became a US citizen the year I was born. I don't recall the first movie I saw her in but I'm pretty sure I've seen all of them. I fell in love with her at first sight. She always had such good and strong roles. Very few actresses like her, ever.

I love how the subtitles match the words spoken in the movie, good thing I'm not deaf.

Although Sam Peckinpah hasn't total control of this movie, it's a real good one. Also it gains Peckinpah his never-ending reputation of "trouble-maker director". By the way, the film producer, Charles B. Fitzsimons, was the younger brother of Maureen O'Hara, so this film is a sort of "Family Movie"...

It’s not the “usual” kind of western - a very different story and a little slow, but I more than enjoyed it. A lot of that might be the cast. Brian Keith and Maureen O’Hara were always good in whatever they did. I hope others enjoy it as much as I did

1961 só com 50 dolares no bolso fui a Santa Maria RS distante 200 km da minha cidade, fui de trem Maria Fumaça, e nunca tinha viajado fora de minha cidade, lá um cabo da PM me avalisou uma pensão de 3 classe.. Ingressei na Brigada e fui transferido para Porto Alegre e servi lá no 3 MPM e na guarda espercial do QG, em 62 logo pedi transferencia para NH e lá traballhei na DP e na rua como duplpa PP, em agosto de 63 ingressei na Policia Civil, na qual me aposentei em 87. Servi em várias cidades do RS, até nas funçoes de DP. Nessa época eu via esses filmes que revejo hoje com saudades....Abraços e votos de saúde e felicidades a todos, bom filme..

Are there any other Christian folks out there who have noticed this? At 11:22 - 11:25, Brian Keith says, "Just get on with your preaching." Then the Closed Captioning reads: Keep your principles. At 11:37 - 11:42, The Preacher says, "We'll have a moment of silent prayer." Then the Closed Captioning reads: Let's gather together in silence. At 11:57 - 12:02, Chill Wills says, "All that money just sitting over there!"; obviously talking about the bank. Then the Closed Captioning reads: All these prayers that are useless. Any Christian in America who isn't aware of this agenda to eliminate and silence Christianity must be deaf because this type of action is very common. If someone mention Jesus Christ on the News media, they either bleep it out or completely stop and go to commercial and say that something went wrong with the not only the audio, but the video also. This is not by accident; this is by design and is part of the agenda silence Christians and their belief in Jesus Christ. Because Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, is the greatest threat to the demonic forces that want to impose a New World Order and implement a One World Government that is controlled by the wealthiest and most powerful people in the Industrial/Military/Governmental Complex. Just think about it as you watch and listen to the News media; while people march, burn, destroy and loot, while our cities decay and crumble you will see and hear politicians, from both sides of the isle, and others like billionaires and famous people yell and scream about sending more billions of tax-payer's dollars and more support to keep the War going in the Ukraine. They preach about this War and demand everyone believe this is the most important mission of our age and they use words like Democracy, climate change and save the children, save the planet and anyone who does not agree is a Putin supporter. The pure evil and insanity of it is totally demonic. I would vote for a used piece to toilet paper before I would for any politician regurgitating this giant lie and scam. Ukraine is even less democratic than Russia and Zelensky is closer to Hitler than he is to Churchill and every politician knows it. This is about acquiring more wealth and much, much more power. This is history repeating itself and those in power are using all the old play books. Do some research: they use language to disrupt and destroy taboos in society, take control of schools and churches, etc., etc., but one of the most important agendas for total control is to disarm the citizens. Take away their ability and their will to resist tyranny. Destroy their culture and disarm them. It is happening as we all sit back and watch it. The signs are everywhere you look and it is getting more and more obvious by the day. Speaking of day, I really get a kick out of listening to those with power and in authority who talk about this day and age. As in we must take away you right to speak, your right to film and especially your right to defend yourself because the way things are in this day and age. Well guess what, these evil, greedy, power hungry people did not just suddenly appear during our time, they have been here since the very beginning and their agenda has never changed. Their agenda and is it global is Power, Wealth and Control. And they are highly motivated and have an endless supply of money to make their dreams come true. It is up to us to resist this evil or it will devour all of us.
