Real time it was a few seconds, he was moving fast enough to construct almost the entire anti-doomsday tower thing by himself. When flash time ends and the other characters start talking none of them know what happened or why they aren't dead until they find flash dying. If I recall there's a scene where it shows a bird flapping it's wings in the air and it barely moved by the time Barry was done
