You are totally right veer ji. I saw a lot of parents who talk only Hindi with their kids even if the whole family is Sikh. I noticed it a lot. When Sikh people with Sikh names call me and they know that they are calling to another Sikh person, but they still speak Hindi, and i always think why the hack people are soooo dumb? I often tell them to talk to me in Punjabi or hang-up the call. Great video, hopefully koi tan sudru after watching this video and feel proud to speak Punjabi with their kids.👍

Punjab is a geographical term different languages are under this area, Sanskrit is main language from which almost all northern Indian language originated for example Punjabi, Dogri, Garhwali, Kumoni, Kashmiri, Nepali they all can understand these languages just because of same vocabulary and common principle of Sanskrit grammar.

@harkirat Singh : The same with Indian Punjab. Punjabi is considered the language of the Sikhs that’s why non Sikh Punjabis don’t consider it their language. Look at the census. Hindus put down Hindi as their mother tongue although they have been living forever in Punjab and look around. Slowly all display board and road signs are being changed from Punjabi to Hindi. That does not happen in other states but only Punjab.
