I should have never entered this abandoned mine this thing was a death trap, I'm luck I got out. Stay Out Stay Alive. Mine safety is important, and a reminder that curiosity killed the cat.

Forget gold, those humungous brass balls you got there are worth way more! But seriously, that's the difference between our old hard rock mines and others in the southwest...we have trees and brush that have intrusive roots that will eventually cause the once stable rock to be fractured until collapse. Dry desert areas remain almost unchanged from the day they were made, over 120+ years ago.

I never thought about that but that's a really fair point if you look close at that video the entire roof is covered in root system! I'm starting to get more careful statically speaking you only get so many trust before something bad happens in an unstable mine!
