Honoko-chan (the grandfather's granddaughter who kept this restaurant alive) and Zhen Zhen (Jin Jin, Ton Ton) the female chef who is her childhood friend since age 3, are wonderful, as is the young man who was the main chef under the grandfather until Honoko took over the restaurant. But they treat their staff with respect and appreciation and get along well with them. I want to go to this restaurant when I visit Japan. Food looks so yummy. I love both Chinese and Japanese food and it seems they have both here: a fusion food. Really new and classic at the same time. So delicious!

It's good to see several videos about this place. The food portions are huge and look delicious, but of course many are intrigued by such beautiful young chefs. Both are cute but the one with the orange bandana is sublime in her beauty. Kind of neat that there are so many cuties living normal lives in Japan (the famous model Baba Fumika was found by a scout out in public when she was in high school).
