why not use the backhand grip ?
@Basicfeather
@Basicfeather 21 күн бұрын
The backhand grip gives you less options to play other shots in case needed. Using the backhand grip would also change your racket position moving to the shuttle, making it less disguised.

Deception itself is not a beginner skill.. 😅😅
@Basicfeather
@Basicfeather 21 күн бұрын
Hahah it's difficult for beginners for sure but still fun and good to practice though. Improves the technical skills😀
@streetninja23
@streetninja23 21 күн бұрын
@@Basicfeather Ofcourse, but usually beginners get more focused on the deception/tricks (in absence of a coach) which is harmful. I know bcs I'm 1 such an example.. 😂

Here are two videos I'd recommend for now: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHzQlGt3gJyfeNEsi=R0nIZb5s7E1GgNWM kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZ-ppoxrn8mSotksi=cq07pmeXy7T0tsuX I really think doing this can help you improve your stamina on court but it's not easy work😉
