Can you or someone comment on this video . kzbin.info/www/bejne/m6a7iaFqj5Zqr9U This guy is using Backhand thumb grip for Late Forehand CrossCourt POwer Slice shot ( at min 5:30 ) . Ive never seen anyone using Backhand grip for Late Forehad shot

Actually, it’s not because it’s wrong, it’s just a different technique. Morten Frost personally also uses the backhand grip, so it’s really up to you to figure out if it works for you. One of the weaknesses using that grip might be playing the clear from that position, slightly more difficult to generate the power. Hope this helped ☺️

@@Basicfeather Tq for your prompt reply. I tried the said backhand thumb grip, it worked but as you said, forehand/bevel grips give more control and variations
