Loved the story about please tell me what happened to Otis?

@@deborahbarry8250 Hi Deborah! I thought long and hard about how to end Otis's story. Did he leave the cave, did he harm himself, did he ever return to Sarah? In the end, I decided to leave it a mystery .... for now

@theappalachiachannel an exciting cliff hanger! I would hope he lived on in peace with his love... I'm a dreamer who always wants a happy ending 😌 I'm excited to find out...the end Great story

The same thing happens today only to the tenth power. It seems to me like there are two distinct kinds of human being: the trusting, giving, compassionate kind and the devious, manipulative, selfish , lying kind. The former keeps voting for the latter which I will never to my dying day understand. I love these stories about those strong people who many of us are descended, those who immigrated to this country so long ago.

This is possibly one of the finest oral stories I've heard in a long time. It's about ethics and decency, about how deceit and greed can ruin a man's reputation, about justice being something a good man has to decide for himself. Thank you.

I live in Arkansas. I was raised in N. CA. My first toys were little horned lizards, I am a woman, but as a little girl, I was afraid of dolls they were creepy. So I played with garter snakes, and butterflys . I was use to the woods. Then 4 yrs ago we moved to the mountains of Arkansas. The most dangerous things I've run across here is copperheads, and chiggers. Dang the no-seeums will get you even if your not in the woods. I've been bitten by every bug there is including tics. I love the way this story turned out. Mercy is never wasted.
