what kind of chemical is good to use here. and could you please suggest some supplier

I have a lower level that has sunken about 5”, is foam injection possible with something like that? Extends the length of the house but not all has sunken that much.

It's possible, but will likely be extremely difficult to recover the 5 full inches with polyurethane. Our team will typically lift up to about an inch and a half before moving to other repair methods like push piers or helical piers.

I have helical piers installed my house. My contractor says they cannot put my 2 story house level as it was because it sunk 5 inches. Can a polyurethane foam help level it? Please need answers on this. Thank you very much in advamce

Unfortunately those helical piers are going to prevent the polyurethane from lifting the home.
