even children drank alcohol instead of water in middle ages before coffee arrived in europe 1605 , then efficiency and rise in economy kicked in hard and industrial revolution wasnt that far away... because well water could be poisonous and get sick and die, you never knew what the quality of water was .... mead and cider were clean

With a lot of these games coming out lately, I now have hope to see my dream game in the near future. A mash up of crusader kings politics and drama (dynasty sim), total war campaign and battles, Anno mechanics in city building (or something similar), and a plus if I can have an optional mount and blade style of battles during combat.

My dream game is a Mass Effect/Freelancer but with capital ships and a Euro Truck Sim + ∆V: Rings of Saturn + UBOAT vibe, & combined with Skyrim/Morrowind/BG3 deep anything-you-can-imagine roleplaying. Fully voiced with AI and with handcrafted content but also endless AI stories from GPT-6. Someday I will be able to spend hours watching instrument panels and adjusting thrusters as I hurtle through deep space on my way to meet with an alien world...

This is nothing like Rimworld, this is not fast paced this is mostly micro managment you cant skip time (without having negative consequences (RNG)) and you have to pay attention 24/7 to your lords. Its way more complex and hard which makes the game super fun! People where used to another mentality and instead of adapating to the game mechanics which is what you do when u get a new game they just complained about not being equal to Rimworld. Its mostly micro-managment and slow paced however captivating

Luchevlad means something like "Vladimir that bursts the rays of light out", or "Vlad the Lightbringer". Chudesa means "Wonders". And so on... Strong Slavic vibes in the naming.

The problem is that you don't get to "try" games. You have to pay for them, and there are just too many coming out these days. I suspect that the way to get a more workable number of games and also more satisfied gamers is to just stop buying/supporting any early access games. Steam doesn't look capable of restraint, certainly publishers don't seem to want to wait a little longer/go with fewer titles, so... we have to show the restraint ourselves.

I played a bit of one of the earlier testing builds, and felt kind of lost, not exactly getting what I should be doing. I kind of hoped though maybe it was because it was an early build, and maybe it would improve. I really want to see this game succeed because the developers stated vision is very much the kind of thing I like playing. Seeing this more recent build, it looks like they've added features that help with that, like the characters having desires. Makes me hopeful that they did make the improvements I needed to really grok this game.

Hey man! On the topic of Toofs and how to go to the dennist (yes, the dennist) later rather than sooner: It's all in the pH in your mouth - acidity means softening and cavities, alkalinity does the opposite. I would recommend to swoosh a salty alkaline liquid in your mouth after anything with sugar in it (most foods from the shop/restaurant nowadays), especially after sugary drinks. My choice is a saltier than comfortable mix of salt and sodium bicarbonate (dissolve in hot water, let cool).

CH in Luchevlad sounds like "tsh". The name means "The One Who Possess the Ray(s)" in few Slavic languages (luch means "ray", vladeti means "to possess" "eti" is cut for a noun).

I feel the difficulty curve is kind of wrong, once you got steel armor and sword it is steamroll. It can not generate long lasting challenge afterwards.

I do wonder if it is moderation on the channel owners side, or KZbin policies? Would love to read a post / see a video on that topic. Because I find some seemingly neutral or even positive comments being deleted on other channels. TL:DR: I believe there may be a politically correct filter, which allows to automatically shadow ban or delete comments with some keywords, either chosen by the channel owner or KZbin-global.

@@TheAzrai maybe you have been flagged somehow, based on previous activity. Trying a new account would be an option, but there is the issue of the obligatory registration per unique phone number, which makes it harder to check, if it's your user account or some other factor (locale, IP, etc.).
