I love how Jola talked about how she was once guilty of not giving enough energy in a friendship. This is why I listen to this podcast. Literally one of the best in the world. I love you guys so much. Every issue you talked about today is so true. More wealth, health, and happiness for you two

FK, if you're having trouble seeing well through your contact lenses, you might need to get properly measured again for the correct diopter, the curvature of your eye surface, and the diameter of your pupils. Your eyes may have undergone some changes, and long-term wear of ill-fitting lenses can damage your eyes.

Sadly, we have a culture of cutting corners in almost everything. You feel foolish if you go the regular route cuz everyone else is skipping steps anyhow they can... Dunno if this can ever change

I love your outfitss✨ You have the IJGB glow! 😍 This was such a great episode and I've noticed what Jola hinted at in the beginning too, it's like people are just settling for mediocrity now and if you're aiming to be great, it's almost against the norm.

We have the same thoughts about the cholera too, because the last I ever heard of cholera was in primary school when I was trying to differentiate communicable from non communicable diseases 😭

I had a secks dream about my female cousin (i'm also a very straight woman) two nights ago. Dr Google said these kinds of dreams don't really mean anything, so please let the wife not be too harsh with her dundee husband, and certainly don't ignore him randomly for two whole weeks. Discuss the issue, maybe you'll even laugh over it in the future :)

I agree with this too. She should absolutely tell him "change or we divorce". BUT she should take time to be very ready for the consequences of him actually leaving her.

I don't know what Nigerian artists you're listening to right now, but that lyrics rant is for 2016, majority of new artists are extremely creative with songwriting.
