When you park up the big tractor you should lower the mower and the bucket all the way down, it relieves the pressure from all the lines for as long as its not being used, saves replacing hydraulic hoses etc more often than necessary

After you shut off the tractor. Don't forget that detail. If you're putting down pressure while running, that's just as bad as pressure holding it up. Kill the tractor, then release the hydraulics

The Deer are probably in the neighbor's farm field especially if they're growing soybeans.Deer love soybeans. Come harvest time they should get pushed out of the fields and back on your property since you will have food plots and the feeders. Basically they move to the more abundant food source area.

It’s early season still. The bucks might be all together on a neighbors piece of land that will sooner or later come into your property throughout the season especially during the rut . I have land that doesn’t hold nice bucks until the rut hits . When you get the food plots established i guarantee you’ll see the difference . Also , try staying out of the area for a longer period of time . Y’all did a lot of work in a area that hasn’t been done before i would guess so they have to get use to the difference . Remember that’s their world in those woods

Here’s a key component when owning a whitetail deer farm, when you have everything set up and running, pressure is the #1 thing to your farm. It amounts to you just casually riding around, to walking, to everything except farm work itself. Leave the deer alone because pressure will stunt them, just a little tip for you and your farm progress.

Another piece of advice. Once you’re ready for hunting don’t drive or walk or pressure anywhere close to where you’re going to hunt for 1-2 weeks before you’re going to hunt their. Bucks, especially mature bucks will not move during daylight hours especially if there’s too much recent human scent/pressure

You should make a place for your deer where they have a safe place and you do not hunt there so that can be a place where they can chill from all the hunting. My dad and I did that on our old property that we had for hunting and it worked great but sadly the guy we where leasing it from gave the land to his children and they decided to sell it and we did not have anough money to buy it. It was in our family for years, my dads great great grandfather had his house there and the chimney is the only thing left. But you should definitely make a sanctuary for your dear.

The reason you aren’t seeing them because they don’t need to love that much because everything is green and they don’t need to move to find food so they are not movin that much.

Usually mid to late summer the bucks get weird and partner up and stick together. So if you see one you'll see 3 or 4 or none at all

Why don’t you spread top soil from the test pond from the new house property on the ground that’s not fertile?

Flair… been deer hunting for many years and my buddy used moultrie cameras and we’ve always had problems. I’ve been using brownings all my life. Very simple and never had a single problem. Would really consider grabbing them. Probably the cheapest cam out there as well

Close to and or during the rut you'll start seeing bucks, especially seeing you have so many females around.
