Disagree the cultists take just a little - they are very niche but that niche is important; they get a dark power generating heirodeacon on the table sooner than anything else, which allows for two extra dark power in the pool a turn earlier than putting the deacon in any other unit. The combination of lethal demise + a terror trooper in a unit also makes lethal demise surprisingly dangerous, and a big cultist block with a deacon can actually trade profitably just on death with some enemy elements. Good to see some recognition for how gross Kehres are. Absolute top-tier unit that I recall being considered a bit weak way back when. They've been massive overperformers for me.

Kheres definitely went up the rating after moroii took the plunge. Agree on cultist, have been experimenting a fallen divinity with turbo hierodeacon and could give this a spin

@@WargamesID Always run a cultist with flank with your hiero with blasphemous. You're basically inting if you don't run that combo.

So you have to choose which draw event to use? Because from my understanding, and the way everyone has been playing it that I've seen so far, if you have multiple draw events you resolve them one after the other. That makes Praetorian Guard somewhat more viable as bricks. What is correct?

Carytids seem like sleepers. Only 260 for 4, you can easily fit two units. They aren't fragile, they'll just shoot the entire game, range 30" hits the whole board and pretty much every hit goes through. They can even take the command for FF to get los every turn if they want. I think these and when Leonine Avatara come in for Spire will be a power level of shooting that the game hasn't really seen yet.

Caryatids only problem is that they compete in a restricted where there is a lot of competition in. Also medium units you really want your legionnaires and kataprachtoi out to grab objectives. I like caryatids though so would still buy it when they come out!

I dont think the Fallen Divinity is S-tier, its good... but takes a list built around it and also once it reaches tier 3, it starts dealing 4 wounds to all your own units that finish an activation around it but not affecting your opponents units, whilst also not being able to hold objectives. Sure it might delete your opponents units, but it will kill a good portion of your own army too.

The fallen divinity is B+ at best. It robs peter to pay paul, and all you got for it is 3 turns of god mode.

You've underrated legionnaires too. They die, but they're such solid models for 40 points. They're like militia with six wounds per stand.
