Actually I find ANC very weak on these headphones. And if you google it, a lot of users reporting the same. I have Xiaomi Buds 3 pro, and their ANC is head and shoulders above Sony even after firmware update... Really dissapponted with this expensive overhyped product.

I just got these buds! Definitely the ANC is very good, but the sound quality is even better, it’s spatial. I haven’t yet experienced any fitting and comfort issues, the foam tips work fantastically!

Happy new year Ken!! Just received my XM4 buds, no issue at all with the sizing for me, big ears are useful after all.. not keen on foam tips so much so I’ve fitted mine with azla crystal tws tips and the first is perfect and no loss in bass response or anc that I’ve noticed as yet.

Totally agree XM4s sound dark out of the box. I had to tweak EVERYTHING (including clear bass) to max to make it bright enough for my taste....

I had two liberty 3, returned both because they disconnected 3 to 4 times during every song, the sound is something I never heard before, that Bass, OMG, but O well, 2 defective units I wasn't gonna take a 3rd chance, went with the XM4s and so far so good.

Give this EQ a try -3 -3 -1 +1 0 +2CB vocals pop and bass is still punchy, adjust CB for preferance.

I got 3 pair of earbuds: the bose qc at 325 bucks, the sony wf1000xm4 at 225 bucks and the samsung buds pro for free. And i must be honest, after using for 3 months, i feel those "premium" earbuds is only 30 percent better than the ss buds pro ( battery life, sound quality, anc) for about double the price. And comfort wise, you should never spend big bucks on such painful experience from Sony. Spend it on headphones wh1000xm4 if you want premium anc, or if you are afraid of clamp force and heat from the wh then should avoid the bose qc headphone and back to the buds pro. I used this earbuds when studying and you really care about comfort if you need to use it more than 1 hours. My thoughts: Bose qc: ear pain after 1 hours, slight headaches Sony(silicone tips) ear pain after 30 minutes Samsung buds pro: ear pain after 2 hours

I’m not sure how people are putting these in their ears but comfort is a total non issue for me, I am a shepherd, I am out in our fields with my Collie for 4/5 hours a day, firstly there is no comfort issues whatsoever, they are so comfortable if it wasn’t for the fact I’m hearing music I wouldn’t know they were there, people must simply not be using the right tips, are pushing it way too far into the ear and or not tilting the earbuds at the right angle, maybe use a mirror to see the best fit, comfort is a non issue!

Just change the eartips, tweak the EQ, until you find the sweetspot then you'll know this is the best tws at it price range

@Kenneth Tanaka peoples just complaining & complaining. This tws that makes me stop searching for another dap, dac, iem & another tws. It's like a cure 😂 Not the BEST sound ever, BUT it just feel enough for me. It takes me a month to experiment with different tips, now I'm using acoustune aet-08. - try different tips from azla sedna like : crystal, xelastec, vivid, light, short for vocal & more clarity. - jvc spiral dot ++ for more wide soundstage and better separation - ortofon for the most comfortable and overall sound is more balanced - i need more thumpy bass, so i choose acoustune aet-08 for my daily listening. The tricky part is choosing the right size tips for your ears. I find azla crystal is the most best sound reduction in term of the noise canceling, there's no big different with the stock earfoam. But it took me almost 10 pairs of eartips until i found the most suitable sound and size tips for this tws.

Hahaha and that's gonna be different from person to person right 🤣 But on the good side the silicone tips will be much less likely to break compared to the foam tips, and with the fitting problem solved this becomes one of the best wireless earbuds money can buy at the moment Trust me I would never imagine this happening since at the start (when it hurts) I was about to complain and sell it right after 🤣

When using auto EQ on Android, these are outperformed by the AKG N400 in terms of detail retrieval. Sure there are other issues with the AKG, but for pure sound quality, the AKG are the best TWS.

I have them and they are in my earbud drawer graveyard because of the lack of comfort and no multipoint connection, and the sound doesn't get the volume to me, my liberty 3 pros deliver on pretty much everything I need including sound, but I ran into some gems the AKG 400nc and man the sound that comes from these are freaking amazing plus volume, I think these should have been the successor to the Galaxy buds plus.
