Actually, I think LE knows exactly who killed Abby and Libby. LE has stated that it was confident that the killer was from Delphi (or the area). I think everyone can stop with the explaining of why they dont release info. We all get it. I dont think thats what people are having a hard time understanding. What people are concerned about is the harm vs benefit of holding back valuable details. In my opinion, holding back so much information this long into the investigation is now becoming harmful to their chances of finding a lead. It has been 4 years, and it is time for them to release more information now. It makes sense to withhold details early on. It makes sense to withhold details if they are confident in a suspect as it helps greatly with interrogation. However, after 4 years with, lets be honest, nothing to show, they need to try to give us more clues, being as it's probably going to require someone from the public to help solve this. I believe police still have no idea who it was, and so they need all the help they can get at this point. It is going to require those weird, unique, unfortunate details for something to click in someone's memory. Details like if/how the girls fought back... could lead someone to recall seeing scratch marks on someone for example. We need to try everything. There is no point in having an arsenal of interrogation tricks if you have no idea who to interrogate. At the very least they need to clarify some of the many questionable things they have brought forth, as it is starting to look like they dont really know what they are doing. The whole two completely different sketches.... tell us WHY. WHY do they look so different. Why should we suddenly dismiss the original sketch, which for the record looks way more like the guy in the video, over the new sketch? Why are they so confident he looks like that all of a sudden? Also with the abandoned vehicle... they are asking for the public to help identify the driver? Can they not easily do that themselves? Why arent they explaining why they haven't just looked up the VIN or plate#, traced it to the previous owner, and then followed the trail to see how it got into the hands of whoever abandoned it. They haven't said whether or not there is more footage or audio recorded on the girl's cell phone and whether it contains any other video of the guy or his voice. Also, do they have any physical evidence from the suspect? Any DNA from the crime scene?
@bbe30342 жыл бұрын
I’ve been researching this case. I think it could have been Gabriel “Gabe” Ellis. Of course, just a possibility. If you google him, he looks like the guy on the bridge. He was arrested 3 days after the girls went missing. He was in a car with a 16 year old girl/runaway, had meth and a gun, which was illegal because he was a felon. He went to prison after the arrest. Surely they checked his DNA but I can’t find that information. Such a sad case.

The “new strategy” is releasing a sketch that was developed using DNA. LE cites the sketch is circa 2017. LE is not compelled to give full disclosure to the public. They can say “2017”, but the sketch is new in my opinion. An effort to release something/anything after two years because they have no new leads. They have NO leads. If they “knew” who the killer was they would find some probable cause to obtain DNA. They can ask ANYONE to submit DNA, problem is they don’t have a suspect that they want DNA from. William Loudermilk ok, I have to...I HAVE to correct your ridiculous “statement”. Well, no shit Sherlock someone can refuse to give a DNA sample. Don’t you think that would thrown up a HUGE red flag? Someone refuses to submit DNA, don’t you think that would cause LE to further investigate that individual? Since it’s 100% legal in the state of Indiana to obtain DNA from discarded trash, don’t you think they may utilize that? If a suspect refuses to submit DNA, certainly LE is going to find a way to obtain it. Probable cause for a warrant or seize his trash from the curb? Why are their people like yourself that just speak directly from your ass. I guess you’re proud of your ignorance, you feel compelled to share your stupidity on a video DISCUSSING various means of obtaining DNA. It’s scary how incredibly ignorant some people are. The one thing I do not understand, why are the group of news anchors talking about situations that are possibly giving the murderer(who is probably watching this) ideas. These people are openly mentioning hypothetical situations about "accidentally leaving behind contaminated DNA evidence" of everyday disposable items that are contaminated with his saliva(Example: plastic fork, dirty napkin, empty paper coffee cup, cigarette butts or saliva that is spitted on a sidewalk). Now he might be extra careful about his activities and clues he might leave behind that can be collected by people who are watching him like a hawk. I wonder whether it came to the investigators' minds to make it mandatory for all the residents living in Delphie to submit a sample of their DNA. If they do apply the idea of mandatory DNA extraction. This may lead to a close family member of the culprit or the person responsible. I imagine the killer must have left some form of DNA, for example: -- seminal fluid Possible sexual assault, -- a strand of hair with root pulled put during a possible struggle, -- drops of blood from a minor cuts injury or wound caused by the weapon, --fragments of the skin of the killer found under the victim's nail during a struggle, --saliva or bite-mark impressions depending on the killer's fetish, -- handprints cause by excessive force while restraining/handling/strangulation. -- possible fingerprints on the phone And from what officials are suggesting, the suspect might be a local in the area. - [ ] Another possibility may be that Grandfather might be the killer. It is ridiculous to rule him out of the investigation based on an alibi he checked out. Who knows all this may be planned. This case might involve a family dispute or conflict related to money, inheritance. Another possibility is that the grandfather had an old grudge with one of the parents; so he decided to kill his granddaughter out of revenge. Or the girls maybe were an eye-witness to an illegal act that he may be doing during another time. So he decided to silence the girls forever to eliminate any kind of evidence. The composite sketch of the man in question and the brief voice clip bore a striking resemblance to the exhibits that were released to the public. "The checked-out alibi" may be a result of some form of extortion, death threats, blackmail, manipulation. Everything about the grandfather just screams bloody murder because of his overall body language, tense facial expressions, and the exhibits released to the public(short video and voice clip).

We already know one of the girls began recording on her phone because she felt unsafe, there's no way she would have stopped recording before she felt she was no longer in danger, which unfortunately never happened. This case is as easy to solve as going through all the suspects Facebook accounts,& whoever killed these little girls will be wearing that getup jacket pants and ugly hat. Barring the fact that they don't have Facebook in which case I strongly feel like whoever done this was an conductor or an engineer someone working for the railroad, because of the jacket it's standard issue for either law enforcement or the railroad. The man carries himself like a loner and very used to getting his way he is very assertive domineering,and he probably been part of that Community for years. Law enforcement should stake out the library, because believe it or not perverts with such demented disposition usually hang out there on the computer and especially if they have family at home this way they have the Privacy they need to practice their perverted trait,and not for nothing they can also stalk their prey at the same time..Anyway in the meanwhile police should go through old mugshots and start trying to figure out where that outfit was purchased, I mean how hard is it to check Walmart Kmart, and different Department stores in and around Delphi Indiana because like I said the pants are very unique complete with pockets in the legs not every store is going to carry them,& you never know you might just get film of The Creep walking out of the department store wearing the outfit ,and in the meanwhile law enforcement should even be looking through the DMV at different photos,because I'm sure this pervert probably used the same outfit on many different demented occasions. personally I feel like he knew these girls or he had been stalking them, so much in fact that I'm sure there is some kind of digital footprint somewhere and law enforcement just has to run it down..

False confessions? There are NO confessions. Makes it sound like an active case. Tragically it’s not. Good people want the killer brought to justice but as long as a person (s) remain silent it will never be solved.

Then how will law enforcement find a better lead then? Yu are makingnit sound as if the government is gathering these people up and placing them in a comcentration/labour camp. And If people know they are right, why not help by being transparent. Would that not be fulling a responsibility toward their fellow citizens and the country? Only those individuals would be scared amdnhideb if they know they are guilty or have other skeletons in the closet. She says at 3:45 that if LE released a DESCRIPTION of the car parked near the site they will get 600,000 unimportant tips but if they give the most generic description possible (a vehicle) they will get less, and they had received 1600 tips vis a vis that scheme by the time this group was filmed. Uh... no way, lady. You're pretty and you have a brain but you got that all backwards. Plus now they will be getting 200,000 tips on white Toyotas from the people who didn't listen closely enough to what she said. Good going. Also , it's odd to me that he takes the girls " down the hill " onto where there is that private drive so how did he know that no one would come along that drive and spot him with the girls . He's local guys and he knows the timing of the coming and going of the people that live in that house that owns the private drive . He knows this land out there and somehow he knows people coming and goings . I also think that when he approached the girls he was acting like he was walking pass them and says " hey guys " turns towards them in a very threatening way and says " down the hill " . I think he had a knife and the girls saw this and this is why they stayed together . My heart just feels the family . I dont want to know what happened or imagine what happened .
