Jimmy scratch throwing down as usual. No gimmicks or tricks; straight plug in from guitar to amp.

Wow an actual real musician that actually plays his instrument unlike today so called artists that use auto tune. A breath of fresh air and a throw back of how real music was before the snowflakes ruin it.

I hear A LOT of "Inside Looking Out" by Grand Funk Railroad. I wasn't a big GFR fan, but I had their live album when it came out. The underlying groove - the way they stomp on the 1 - is very much like that record (but a bit faster). And a couple of his guitar licks sound very Mark Farnerish. That is not so say that this track isn't fabulous. It is.

Maybe, just maybe, jimmy james is the real thing. If he is doing a tribute to Jimi then he is doing a better job. Anyways, Jimi was a composer and singer so no comparison. The real treat is his performance which matches SRV, TROUT, and P. Chubby. Of course putting him on a pedestal with the likes of the Boss and Clapton would be going a might too far, however Jimmy J is on a journey which he probably doesn’t know himself where it will go but we all need to support him if he is to succeed at this venture. History in the making and lucky we’re their to be witness to greatness in the making- at least it’s interesting. Potential to be realized. GBG NO EDITS.

Sorry, I might get slammed, but I think they just need a drummer that can meet or keep up with their jam, and not just follow. All the drummers hold their own but never seem to add the same level of creativeness. Sorry if I offended anyone..justsayin'.
