Actually, he isn't. He never picks on anyone who cannot actually handle themself in a fight. He only fights those who approach, or attempt to disrespect. Yujiro is basically what we should all strive to be in terms of sheer will and ability to understand any situation right away. I know he doesn't lose. But there is a reason for that. The entire series was to showcase the shadow that some kids live under. Fathers can be so difficult to deal with because of what they expect from us. Yujiro constantly pushes his son to be better, praises him even when he achieves something, and gives him his end game. Yujiro doesn't lose, because he is the final obstacle before Baki can truly become a man and leave his fathers shadow the way Yujiro did with Yuichiro. It is a metaphor for growing up.

Or the scene where he waltzed into a boxing gym, barricaded the doors so they couldn't escape and then proceeded to mock them all as he brutalky killed or maimed them. Or the scene where he fell asleep with a big smile because he was dreaming of all the people he mutilated and killed. Yujiro has absolutely no problem killing people who can't fight back, he just doesn't make a habit of it. In fact, he often makes it a point to provoke people he knows are weaker than him for fun. I once dubbed him the king of the cockblock, because he loves to jump in at the end of other people's fights to kill or humiliate one of the fighters. The man is absolutely a bully, and a sadistic one at that. He just tends to focus on bullying fighters, rather than non-fighters (though he has occasionally victimized non-fighters as well).

I’ve read the manga and Baki does enjoy fighting, but he rejects this because of Yujiro, which makes complete sense. Baki is also humble, that’s why he doesn’t care about being better than everyone else, just like his grandfather Yuichiro.

Lordlt82 Yujiro was just too durable for Hanayama to hurt him, there were no pressure pints involved, and there's no way he can reverse hokuto shinken, and even if he could kenshiro would still stomp. he has much more feats than Yujiro. he could slice him to pieces in less than a second with nanto seiken, and Yujiro wouldn't be able to touch him because Kenshiro has muso tensei. he is also stronger and faster than Yujiro. he has shown some insane feats in the anime.

No one has a chance against Yujiro. We seen what he does even when he fights someone who may have something that could briefly stall or use against Yujiro, it's useless by the second try and the first try is never enough. Kaku put up a great fight and all that did was made yujiro stronger from knowing how to use the technique and learning it's properties to counter. He came here just to show Baki that he had a tough fight against someone that is worthless to him. He puts so little effort and they can both try all they want but little effort is all he needed to beat this guy and put him in hospital with all limbs broken etc. It's crazy how he can casually stop the grip. the grip was something Hanayama was so good at yet powerless to use against Yujiro. Jack was spared a fate, if he allowed Jack to try biting him (Yujiro), Jack would have broken all his teeth and if Yujiro flex, probs would break his jaw.
