I am paring back a lot. I had many operations on my knees in my 20-30’s. I moved from my 2 story house, to an apartment. It was getting harder to do stairs. I have been going through everything, to get rid of everything that won’t fit in my apartment.

Wonderful your new roof is so close, weather permitting, weather always dictates. It will be worth the fight. The time is now to teach the kids responsibilities, keep at it. California, where the fires are, literally looks like a war zone! Definitely prayers for all those poor people and animals 🙏🙏🙏 Good to see you guys kinda getting back to normal, whatever that is! Luna is a smart girl! Sorry about your chicken though. They have like a net thing you put the pregnant fish in where the babies can't be reached, don't know if you take the mom out afterwards or not? Wet cold goes to your bones!! Too old now, don't want to risk falling but use to roller blade but outside, lots of room, rinks are too congested!! So glad Stephanie can finally get back to her soaps and candles!! Weather permitting, 1 week to a new roof! Hope Dan and Lou have a good meal, think they're doing crockpot recipes. My 1st born grandsons birthday is March 14. I also have a great granddaughter who was born on March 9, will be 2. My older sister was born on March 21, also my maternal grandfather was born on March 21. Granddaddy and my sister always had their alone time with each other to walk to town and buy my sister a little gift. My sister kept their secret until just a few years ago. She is 79 turns 80 in March. They kept it secret because Granddaddy didn’t want any of the other grandchildren get jealous. They were poor.❤

I've seen them do the epoxy on floors and countertops. They add any color combination you can think of, and it looks like real marble or granite. We poured an add-on to our house for a sun porch. I want to do the floor just to see how it turns out. That would look good in the barn floors

I seen that State Farm insurance canceled many home policies as the fires got close to the homes no matter how long the people had been with them.

State Farm canceled homeowners policies in CA more than a year ago. Many insurance companies will not insure homeowners in CA due to the exact issue that is going on now.

I live out here close to the wildfires and it’s bad bc the red flag warning goes until Wednesday. My area hasn’t had any this year (yet). Watching all the people bring the supplies to the different places is amazing, it started at the Rose Bowl parking lot had to move to Santa Anita race track and then had to move I forget where but people r amazing in their giving. And that’s something to be proud of

That’s one thing I really like about the metal roof you could pick a color is your house white and if it is, are you going to do black you could do it any color driving across country looking off the freeway, you can see all these beautiful roofs of all different colorsso make sure you love it.

We replaced our roof because raccoons were eating the shingles with a metal roof, and it was the greatest investment ever! Helps with energy costs also. Yes the fire tornadoes are real and yes scary as hell, the winds pick up and it spreads the ashs far and wide, have been on one fire that it happened in my 18 yrs on the fire dept.

I had a black lab, newfoundland cross male dog. Someone let the baby ducks loose and he collected all of them, made a nest in the hay and was laying there with all these baby ducks crawling all over him. He was keeping them warm, it was a site to see. The more snow the less dampness. So even if its really cold it doesn't seem that cold. So if you have no to little snow the cold is worse and seems to seep into your bones.

While you were talking about you bing watching a western tv series my mind went to; you know what what would be cool if Morrow Hill, Honey Hill and J&L Ranch North, South and I’m a survivor work do a black and white or in color western mini series. Each household could do a video and at the end created a chain screen to link it to the next household and at the end have the Cliff hanger with all members involved. Lester’s mysterious shoes and clothing, the pond the empty swings in them or get together with Lester and collaborate together on a thriller drama story line? Maybe native Americans or Bigfoot? Something suspenseful. I can see Stephanie as a Texas mom who takes care of the kids while Buddy is a welder, horse shoe smith, Dan as the Law man Lue a school teacher, LE as the minister and Megan his wife, Jake as Rip snd family, Lester as trouble, Jamie as damsel in distress 😂 Ma and Pa, tough guy Morrow, Lex as the hero of the hill. Kim as saloon owner like Ms Kitty or native woman trading post. Jill’s hubby as Bigfoot or something, small part, Chris the fire chief and Nextdoor neighbors at L&J Ranch South All small kids as extras and Levi.
